Deletely seeks to completely remove negative or unfair reviews about your business through a variety of processes. We work with the platforms that publish the malicious content to identify certain elements that will force the removal of a review.

In most cases contact with the publisher of the negative review is not necessary and does not constitute part of our standard operating procedure. Deletely will not contact the publisher of the content without your express consent and will only do so if we have exhausted other channels and believe that it may assist in the successful removal of the negative review.

The time it takes to remove a malicious review depends on the platform on which it was posted along with the content of the review. Generally, a successful removal of a review takes anyway between two and three weeks, however it could be much sooner. Deletely will continue to attempt removal of the negative review until all avenues are exhausted, which may include several appeals with the platform until it’s successfully removed or there is otherwise no prospect of the content being removed.

In general, we do not recommend responding to the review whilst we are seeking its removal.
